“Loud & Clear” is a dynamic and passionate team of young and experienced trainers and youth workers dedicated to transforming the landscape of youth education and empowerment. With a strong background in non-formal education, we are committed to providing innovative learning opportunities that empower young people and youth workers to excel in their personal and professional lives. Through collaboration, creativity, and a deep understanding of youth development, we aspire to make a lasting impact on the future of youth work

Our mission is to empower and inspire young people and youth workers through non-formal learning experiences that encourage reflection, creativity and civic engagement. We envision a society where young people have access to inclusive and innovative opportunities to explore their potential, while being supported by youth workers who are skilled, empathetic and committed to fostering participation, solidarity and respect for human rights.

All my life I thought that my biggest passion in life is exploring different cultures and countries, but thanks to Erasmus+ I found out, that non-formal education is my true calling! And now, after volunteering abroad, being a participant and coordinator of many Erasmus+ projects, I am here to share my experience and create more valuable opportunities for others!
